National Gathering

The SPARC National Gathering is an opportunity to participate in a growing conversation with Christians in the Creative Industries, at the intersection of Spirituality, Art and Culture. The National Gathering, covers Film, Media, Music, Arts, Design, Technology, Entertainment, Business, Faith, Community and Culture, with great speakers and guests. An unmissable two days together with some of the most amazing minds within the Christian community. Not just another event, but rather an experience of participation and creativity that is unlike anything else.

Saturday 6th August: 9am - 5pm Registrations from 8am.

In his spare time after saving lives, Jeremy is a musician and songwriter. He is also passionate about discovering ways that people can build meaningful bridges of understanding and reconciliation across cultures through music and storytelling.

Rev. Dr Michael Frost

Michael is an internationally recognised Australian missiologist and one of the leading voices in the missional church movement. Frost is the Vice Principal of Morling College and the founding Director of the Tinsley Institute.

Anna McGahan

Anna McGahan is an actor and writer who works professionally in film, television and theatre. She is passionate about building authentic creative community and seeing spiritual revival in the performance industries.

Michael McQueen

Michael McQueen is an award-winning speaker, social researcher and best-selling author. Michael has his finger on the pulse when it comes to emerging trends that are shaping our culture.

Elise Girarden

Elise is an Australian actor and dancer who has many years of professional experience in theatre including Broadway shows, film and TV. Elise currently resides in NYC with husband Eric and son Spencer.

Brett Anthony Shaw

Brett is a multi-instramentalist and music producer hailing from the US - who moved to Australia in 2010. Brett writes and produces music from his home studio in Brisbane.

Paul Nevison

Paul is an Australian based freelance filmmaker who loves finding stories that connect with our common humanity. He works often in third world countries with NGO's like World Vision & Compassion. Paul lives on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

Vickie Reddy

Vickie Reddy is Executive Producer of The JUSTICE Conference based in Chicago, USA, the Co-Founder of Australian based arts and faith organization SPARC and recently spearheaded a movement to mobilise christian churches in the west in response to the current global refugee crisis www.wewelcomerefugees.com.

Mark Reddy

Mark is Co-Executive Producer of The JUSTICE Conference, the Co-Founder of SPARC and is the current SVP of Brand at World Relief USA. Mark is a strategic thinker and cultural innovator. He lives in Chicago with his wife Vickie and daughters, Jada & Mischa.

Alexander McKenzie

Alexander is one of Australia's top fine artists. He has exhibited extensively with over 20 solo exhibitions in both Australia and the UK since 1996. He is a 5 time finalist in the Archibald Prize, a 7 time finalist in the Wynne Prize.

Cass Langton

Cass is the Global Creative Pastor of Hillsong Church. Following Jesus first, she leads and inspires the Hillsong Creative team with joy, passion, and laughter. Cass resides in Sydney with her family.

Joel McKerrow

Joel McKerrow is a writer, speaker, educator, community arts worker and one of Australia’s most successful internationally touring performance poets. A regular at SPARC, Joel resides in Melbourne with his family.

Josh Hawkins

Josh is a young adults Pastor from Western Sydney. He is also an entertainer and the founder and creator of Hi Josh. Josh is on a mission to lead a weird life and film it. Simple.
